- Bean pot steaming on the wash, and wash the potatoes, carrots, peeled and sliced Julienne, wash the cucumber strips;
- Sweet sauce and sesame oil, stir the liquid mixture; boil some water in a pot, add potatoes and cook for 3 minutes, drain when cooked but not too soft water for use; put a little oil in a pan, add carrot stir fry over medium until done, dishing out for use;
