- Black-eyed peas, garlic, red pepper ready.
- Wash bean, after pinching the head free to pinch into small pieces. Garlic using garlic press crushed garlic, chopped, too. Cut red pepper into small pieces.
- Boil a pot of water, add bean boiling for two minutes, remove and drain.
- Pot heat the oil, add the garlic and red pepper flavor.
