Spinach | 200 g |
Fermented bean curd | 1 small piece |
Sesame oil | 2 teaspoon |
Soy sauce | 1 teaspoon |
- Tear spinach and agreeable size.
- Boil hot cooked spinach in salted boiling water, drain water and set aside.
- Mashed fermented bean curd, soy sauce, sesame oil and mix through.
- Spinach and sauce mixture evenly.
