Okra 2 root
Chicken egg 1
Oil A few droplets
Salt A little
Soy sauce A little
Oyster sauce A little
Clear water 150ml
  1. Wash okra, cut small slices.
  2. Beat the egg, add oil, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and mix well.
  3. While stirring, slowly add 150ml water. (Spoon the froth on the surface of spoons, steamed egg until smooth. )
