Steamed Eggplant with salad

Eggplant 2 root
Garlic 7-8 valve
Soy sauce The right amount
Chili Sauce The right amount
Chili oil The right amount
Salt The right amount
Vinegar A little bit
Chopped green onion The right amount
  1. Wash the eggplants, cut two, vertical strokes with a knife a few knives, do not strike breaking.
  2. In a plate neatly, and steam for 15 minutes, drained steaming water, cool and set aside.
  3. Finely chopped garlic, and all of the spices and mix thoroughly, try fresh ~
  4. Sprinkle seasoning on eggplant, add a little chopped onion to decorate on the line!
